ON U.S. SOIL!!

He IS ON U.S. Soil!!  We drove down to Ft. Stewart on Friday thinking his flight would be in early Sat. morning, but with a 5 hour delay in Germany, and a stop in NC, we FINALLY saw him around 3:30pm!!  It was VERY emotional!  I started bawling when I saw the busses pull in.  They had a ceremony and we sang the Army song and the National Anthem, and then after the speaker (don't ask me what he talked about) gave the word, we were out looking for our hero (which is harder than you think in a sea of camo)!!  We FINALLY found him and I jumped into his arms!!!! After we got everything settled, we went back to the hotel so he could change, and then we went out to dinner at Ruby Tuesdays & dessert at Dairy Queen (Hinesville doesn't have that much of a selection)!  He had to report back early this morning (Sun. morn) to start the demob process & so I rode back home with the family.  It was very hard to leave him after seeing him, but I left him my car & he will be on his way to home sweet home in a few days!! Enjoy the pics!
